How We Can Help Each Other
As well as providing beautiful furniture for the home, I would like to build up a community of individuals who are also under-represented in the trades. In my experience, people I have worked alongside in the trades have been predominantly white, cis men, and I would like to welcome anyone who doesn't fit in that category to get in touch. My aim is to have a phonebook full of like-minded people to promote and call on to help with tradeswork that I cannot fulfil myself, such as plumbing, electrical work, painting and decorating.

Contact me with how you can help and I will be in touch to discuss working together!
Looking to get into the Trades?
If you identify as a woman and you're looking to get into the trades - either fresh out of school, or looking to retrain later in life - then WEST (Women in Engineering Science & Technology) is a great place to find resources, funding advice, and support. WEST is a small charity with a big aim: to inspire girls and women to study and work in non-traditional trades and careers like engineering.
Take a look at their website here: www.westskills.org.uk and reach out via their contact form if you'd like to find out more.
