DRINKS BAR
This drinks cabinet was designed to maximise the storage in a small unused space, while also still being a thing of beauty. The feature doors with push-to-open mechanisms provide a place to tuck away items out of sight, at the top and bottom of the cabinet. Recessed LED lights illuminate the central area where you can display your "fancy" glasses on brass hanging rails. The cabinet is made entirely from birch plywood, finished in clear lacquer. The smooth contours on the doors show off the lovely cross-grain of the plywood, and makes this tiny cabinet really stand out.

BAY WINDOW READING NOOK
This bespoke piece was fully handcrafted to fit perfectly within a bay window, designed to make the most of a tricky space while adding warmth and character to the room.
Each element was made entirely by hand, from the bespoke cabinetry to the carefully finished solid timber top. The design follows the natural curve of the window, creating a seamless look that feels built into the home.
The surface of the worktop has been lightly scorched and finished to bring out the wood grain’s natural beauty, giving it a rich, organic feel that changes with the light.

BENCH SEAT & DINING TABLE
This customer was looking for a dining setup that would fit within a tight space that's part of a thoroughfare in their home, and they had the concept of a table that could slide below some seating. I took their concept and designed these two pieces, that work in perfect harmony together. The bench seating is made from birch plywood, and has three spacious compartments for storage. The table is made from English oak, with iroko wedges securing the through dowels. (See Freestanding Furniture for more details about the table)

UNDERSTAIR STORAGE
This is the epitome of bespoke storage... two angled cabinets sit under the stairs on the left, made from hardwearing melamine. The tallest door opens into a walk in L-shaped space, that tucks behind the bookcase, allowing easy access for tall storage. The bookcase and all the externals were made from high quality moisture resistant MDF, that was left plain for the customer to paint - and what a good job they've done! The three handles were also made by the customer using snooker balls, and add such a lovely pop of colour.

BOOKCASES
Two floor-to-ceiling bespoke shelving units, carefully crafted to mirror each other on either side of a wall, lending symmetry to the space. These cabinets are made from plywood with soft, hand-finished curves on the ends of the shelves and plinths. The open storage provides ample space for books and ornaments, allowing the customer to add their personality to the room!

Encore...
This customer loved their two bookcases so much, that they requested a third to sit on a nearby wall. This cabinet has a shelf placed perfectly at their dining table height so that the table can sit tight up to it.

LIVING ROOM ALCOVES
Painted in a soft neutral tone, this pair of cabinets blend the traditional shaker style with a clean and modern layout. Designed around a central chimney breast, it offers integrated TV space and open shelving for books and décor. Tucked away behind the doors are bespoke drawers made to fit a collection of CDs.
