Inclusive Craft Co. is first and foremost about designing and building beautiful furniture, both fitted and freestanding, for your home.

 

I, Caroline Clarke, created this business as a response to the lack of diversity in the trades. After experiencing first-hand the challenges of working as someone who is under-represented, I want to disrupt traditional assumptions and provide something different for you.

 

I understand that having tradespeople in your home can be a very stressful experience, and leave you feeling quite vulnerable. I aim to alleviate these feelings through good communication, respect for your space, punctuality - and overall empathy for your experience throughout the journey. 

 

If you work in the trades, I would love to hear from you! I want to collaborate with other marginalised people in the trades and build up a community of friendly faces.
